"Joan picked us up from the training station and showed us to our room. The room was huge, 3 king beds the shower and jacuzzi facility was good, cant beat the price for the size. "Awful-there was no road access to the building-had to walk each day with luggage to the hotel from a distant adjacent road for 10plus minutes.COULD NOT BELIEVE IT.Contacted hotel.com immediately-Nothing was resolved to our satisfaction-A REAL let down from HOTEL.COM.To top it off, there was no hot water or at times electricity..Non accessibility to hotel due to construction was not disclosed at all.Pictures are really deceptive."

"We really enjoyed our time at the pyramid. The view was amazing. It’s a bit of a walk down so keep that in mind for anyone with physical limitations. The dinner they cooked as amazing and they even taught us how to make mojitos while dinner was being cooked. Close enough to the train station to walk. Don’t hesitate to stay in one of the amazing pyramids!!"

"This is a hotel, not a home. You have to haul your luggage up about four flights of stone steps, but the view from the roof is incredible of the town and all the surrounding Inca ruins. The hotel was not informed of our arrival and although VRBO said we had paid, we had to pay again on our arrival."
