The room was spotless and beautifully designed, the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and the pool was something special – especially the unique hydrotherapy feature that made it feel truly luxurious. A big thank you to Nur at reception, who was warm and welcoming, and to Selim, who attended to all our needs and requirements with such care – we really appreciate it. Even the breakfast staff went above and beyond to make our mornings enjoyable. You will not be disappointed with this hotel. It’s brand new, exceptionally clean, and lives up to its luxury name while still making you feel like you’re at a home away from home. Highly recommended!"

Parking your vehicle was quite challenging but overall definitely worth coming back. "

"We were very satisfied with the service and kindness of the ever smiling young ladies of the reception. The rooms were very clean . The rooms have airconditioning what made our stay even more pleasant. Nice swimming pool. The food was enough and good. The service ok but maybe the employees should wait a bit more before taking away the dishes. The location is very close to the centre. Shortly , we would choose again this hotel for a next holiday. "I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and can’t recommend it enough! The staff were all incredibly friendly and responsive, and nothing was ever too much trouble. The breakfast was absolutely lovely, and if they had served dinner too, I would have happily eaten there every night. While the hotel doesn’t have its own pool, don’t let that put you off. They’ve thought of everything! The owner kindly arranged for me to access a nearby pool free of charge - such a thoughtful and generous gesture. Of course, that would be dependent on the availability at the pool, but I never had any issues with that, and it was a great solution. Some might worry about noise because of how close the hotel is to the centre, but for me, the location was perfect. I loved being just a 2-minute walk from everything! And if you simply shut the bathroom window and balcony door and turn on the aircon, it’s peaceful and comfortable. My favourite part? The mornings. Everyone else was still asleep, and I would enjoy my coffee in complete serenity, listening to birdsong and taking in the breathtaking view of the mountains. Truly mirific. This place has heart, soul, and hospitality that’s hard to find. A hidden gem! Shaban and team, I am looking forward to seeing you all again soon! Aida"
