"The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. The restaurant staff was always smiling, polite and kind. When asked where to go, they told us where to go, what to see. The room had a large terrace, where it was very nice to sit in the evening and enjoy the view. The hotel is located in a very beautiful place. The beach is a few minutes walk away. The breakfast was very delicious and plentiful, a large selection of food."

"Stayed October check in great i had accidentally made a mistake on the booking, the manager rectified it quickly,easily and with minimal fuss, we had a swim up room (2111) best room in the hotel in my view, sun all day, straight into pool, bar/restaurant close by. Ordered from the restaurant 2 eveni gs as food was so good, we had it in the room and the team brought everything we needed to eat in the room, food was very good taste wise and value fir mone, would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Excellent food and views around, good quality of service, good service in restaurants, the spa complex is in a cool place, but it could do with renovation. Also the water park is in a great place, but I would like more modern slides. Evening entertainment was quite interesting and exciting. Twice a week in the evening in the cafe on the beach you can watch the sunset with live music and it's cool. I can also highlight the tea house with a good selection of brewed tea. In general, the hotel leaves only positive impressions. Four of us rested for 10 days (3 adults and a teenager) and everyone was satisfied and we were not bored even one day. I can recommend this hotel for visiting."

"This is a great hotel. The property hosts were so nice and accommodating. They helped us book the paraglide tours and turkish baths. The breakfast was phenomenal, very fresh produce and eggs cooked to order. About 10 minutes walk to the shops and bars. We are very pleased and happy that we found this place. "This was the second time me and my partner stayed at Kassandra. Our first time was so incredible we came back agian and the experience was just as good. Great staff, fantastic pool area with a really chill vibe. The bed was extremely comfortable too. This is a perfect place to stay for couple. I do think the breakfast would be better if there was more options or even and a small buffet to choose from. This is a very minor negative in my opinion. Highly recommend this hotel, thank you for the complimentary bottle of wine too on arrival this was a very kind gesture."
