"We’ve been to Bangkok’s Shangrila on many occasions. We keep returning because this beautiful property is located on the river and it’s such a great escape from Bangkok’s busyness. "Overall, this is not a bad properties and I mat use it again. However: with that said, there is a very distinct smell outside all the rooms in the common area on all floor that is just disturbing. Beverages in the bar on the roof is ridiculously overpriced….other than that, There is room for improvement with the breakfast menu and while some employees at breakfast/ dinning room perform proficiently, professionally and with care, others have no interest at all.
