"The hotel staff and people were spectacular! Breakfast was traditional Japanese style food, which may or may not suit westerners. Hotel is a bit dated and it shows. Our room was clean upon arrival; however, we encountered bugs and mosquitoes inside our 3rd floor room. This didn’t particularly bother us, but it may have an impact on other guests. We would happily return. Only improvement point suggested is that we could not contact the hotel in advance by email, web form or expedia to find out if dinner was available - we got no reply.
