"Convenient for our trip to Alton towers, unfortunately after the first night our bedroom wasn’t made, no clean towels or linen despite leaving the note to state we wanted our room made. "Lovely hotel, staff very friendly and helpful, rooms and bathroom clean. We opted to have breakfast which was good however there was no herbal tea at breakfast despite there being some in the room and there was no dairy free alternatives for milk for tea and coffee or dairy free yoghurt so I didn’t have a hot drink at breakfast. The bathroom has shower gel, hand soap, hand cream and a shampoo and conditioner 2 in 1 and towels provided. "

"Efficient check-in, hotel facilities were very well explained. Despite being older, the hotel was spotless. My room overlooked Crewe station, which for a railway enthusiast like me was ideal. That comes with a lot of noise. There was no double lock on the door and the bathroom door lock was broken I’m a single room this wasn’t an issue. I’d have liked extended mealtimes. I went for dinner at 7:30 and was told they’d stopped taking orders. "
