The casita we had was not very clean - my wife had to re-wash the dishes and pots in the kitchen we wanted to use and we had to sweep the floor as well. "There is nothing bad too say about this property. The house is immaculate and nicely decorated, the grounds include a pergola, 2 commercial shade umbrellas, a covered patio, 2 fire pits (1 gas, 1 wood). The views spectacular overlooking the valley and desert surroundings. The location was a little far for our activities, we were there for parents weekend at the university, but it was easy access to I10 freeway. This is well worth the price."
