"Lovely hotel that is very centrally located yet peaceful. They also upgraded us to a bigger room, which we appreciated. However, during our stay one of their staff disposed of my shoebox (and receipt), which was placed on a chair. I had tried the shoes on and was debating whether to exchange them for a different size but this meant I was unable to do so. "Best hotel for metro access: therefore the best hotel base to explore the country. Reasonable rates for good quality. Very good bed, ok shower, great to have filtered drinking water on tap. Surprised to have Club level room yet no bath robes. Whilst we were there (3 days) the reception team were constantly overwhelmed: they put on a brave face but it was tough for them and not a great customer experience. "

"Overall cleanliness and service was great. Booked a deluxe king room but was given a free upgrade to an Executive Suite when there were no available rooms remaining when checking in. Only feedback was that room service food was not piping hot, and pricier than some of the other food options around the orchard area. Enjoyed my 3 day staycation "

"The stay was very good for me and family. The staff were friendly and went extra mile to ensure that the 2 night stay was a very pleasant one. Room is nicely renovated and spacious. We were there to celebrate my girl’s birthday and hotel gave us a surprise by putting up a “Happy Birthday” banner. Very nice of the hotel to do it for my girl. "
