"Close to orford shops. Really good black out blinds. It has everything you need. Could maybe have brighter bulbs in the light fittings in the lounge, but otherwise really good. The hot tub was an added bonus."

"The best thing was the view of Maria Island from the back deck and main bedroom window. Late check out is also appreciated. Ice cream shop (Sweets) across the road was excellent to discover just before closing time. The Orford Beach House is well set up and would be a great place to stay for a week. ..."

The location was perfect. Beach beautiful for an evening walk. Breakfast was advertised but not available though a cafe down the road was open

Nice little town which was a convenient middle distance between some of the key sights we wanted to get to. Great coast location and also has an IGA and other convenient shops.
