Golf Trip Success

This house was great! Better than the pictures on VRBO. The kiddo loved the pool and the wilderness behind the house made it feel secluded even though it's just minutes from EVERYTHING! Thanks for a great stay!

House was adequate for our stat. Pool and lanai area was very dirty. Landscaping was dead and shriveled. TV’s didn’t work as expected. The house was great as far as set up, but the furniture and master bed was extremely uncomfortable. Would maybe stay here again in a pinch, but would look for other options

Great House for a Week With Family
This house was a great place to rent for for our family. We loved the pool. It was easy to rent a barbecue and we enjoyed cooking some meals. The bedrooms and bathrooms were perfect for 4 adults and 4 teenagers. The owner was easy to work with. The house was very clean and in a convenient location to go to Disney and Universal. We stayed at this place for a week & was not happy with the stay, the place was filthy clearly needed to be swepted & moped, pool was full of bugs and pump didn’t even run most of the time. Furniture needs to be replaced also its had enough.

Just ok, dirty pool
The main issue we had was the pool was full of bugs to the point my wife would not swim in it. When I messaged the property manager he told me there were bugs in Florida so I skimmed the pool each day and also had to hand wipe down the entire inside surface of the pool because it was yellow. I sent pictures to the manager to show the before and after to prove how dirty the pool was. Once I did all that it looked much nicer but probably wasn't still very clean. The area is nice and convenient to everything. Because of the pool issue and lack of response we would not stay here again.

Perfect room configuration for us. Pool was wonderful. Amenities provided were lacking.
Overall the property was perfect for our family. We really enjoyed the space, the pool and hot tub. Just what we were hoping for. There were a few things of note as well. The amenities provided were so very little it was almost comical. We had to buy toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dish detergent, laundry soap, dryer sheets, garbage bags, and even soap for the bathrooms because the soap provided in the bathrooms were about 1 inch long and 1/8” thick and only 2 of them. Were had no way to even clean the cutting board without going and buying dish soap and no dish scrubber to clean with. It also needs a really thorough cleaning on baseboards, door hinges, lights, fans, etc. The kitchen sink faucet was broken which made it hard to get hot water. Although those things were bothersom, we really did like the property and the location was perfect to get to Disney World. Thank you!

Challenges during our stay
When we arrived at the house on Thursday, the pool was half full with a hose in it and we did not have any cable service. I reached out for assistance and received a message stating they would look into it. After a couple of attempts to connect over the weekend (each time I called the number provided, I was forwarded to voicemail), I had not received any updates until Monday when I had to reach out again to ask for one. They responded they did not have the pool tech's schedule so they were not sure when they would be able to look at the pool. The cable was restored by Monday but the pool was not filled until Tuesday. I asked them to heat it for us, which they agreed. When they turned the heater on, it would not heat beyond 77 degrees so the pool tech had to come out again. In the meantime, the pool kept losing water daily, so I was filling the pool each day. Needless to say, the water was not 77 degrees even though the heater was on. Finally, the pool tech came back and the pool was heated by Friday before we left on Saturday. Unfortunately, we never felt like a priority during our stay, in fact, because I had to reach out several times for updates, we felt as though we were a bother. To be fair, we were issued a $200 refund but I didn't feel that was enough. My last message requesting an additional $150 was left unanswered. I gave three stars because the house was comfortable, we did receive a partial refund, and were permitted a late check out.

A wonderful stay
We recently traveled to the area for a short family vacation and stayed at this property. Check-in/out was a breeze, Mark was always available if we had a question, the location was perfect for spending the day at the Disney parks, and the property was very comfortable and clean. The kids loved the pool and everyone had a great stay. We will definitely stay again the next time we find ourselves in the area!

The house was beautiful. We did have a few hicups to come alone the way but the communication between myself and the property manager was amazing. The handyman was excellent and came in a timely manner and helped us out a lot. The house was clean and they had everything to make you feel like you're at home even when on vacation. We did have a few little uninvited guests but that to be expected in Florida. My only problem was whom ever stayed before us did not take down the 2 trash bins to be picked up on that Thursday morning before we arrived. But the property manager and the handyman was great with letting us know what to do with our trash. We will return
