While at property 3 days that were terrible I was in building 21 and keys to door didnā€™t work it was very cold and I had to go back and forth to lobby several times because keys didnā€™t work I had to make 3 trips to lobby on same day because keys didnā€™t work and it happened 3 consecutive days and one day security even had to come because keys wouldnā€™t work for anything I also mentioned to front desk shower was dirty nothing done my wife had to clean it herself that not acceptable.i have stayed several times but this time was a nightmare.representative at front desk donā€™t care about my comments or complaint.
