I loved the water park, the game room was fun and the bar was ok. The room we were in was across the pool/water park and the humidity in there was unbearable. Definitely worth going back just on the other side of the building.

This is not a place that i would ever go back to. Expedia when i booked made this seem a good location and place. Its terrible. And terrible area. First room was facing a parking lot, toilet pluggeed and shower also. Trucks parked and running right by unit. AC unit had a blower bearings so worn out it was screaming. Room smelled like mold. Changed room in morning to the tower. Better but again shower would not drain. Room smelled like mold also. The area has nothing in walking distance or healthy options. So really need to review a hotel in much more detail if in Orlando. I was there for expo show and options were limited. Money not well spent

It took over 2 1/2 hours to get checked in and the first room we got checked into had an adjoining door to another room and ours did not have a lock on it at all. The person in the other room could’ve literally came into our room in the middle of the night if we never checked. The lobby was being renovated, but there was no warning on the website or anything, so it was just dusty and dirty and smelly. They put us into another room which they said they upgraded us to which really wasn’t upgrade. It just had to pull out bed. Night, one, the tub clogs. We had a broken heater for two days. We woke up each day freezing because they would come the night before and fix it and then by the next day it would be off and would be freezing. We’ve come to the conclusion that we are pretty sure they were controlling it which I’m pretty sure it’s illegal, but either way it was still freezing and they were notified plenty of times and every time they sent somebody up, they did not speak English to understand what we were saying. Our door had a giant gap and didn’t actually fully lock so there was always like a little wiggle room. But I do not disturb sign on and maid still came in and clean the room. The cleaning the room isn’t the problem. The problem is that they came in after do not disturb sign was put up. Our last two nights there we realized in the far corner that our rug was damp, and found out that another room pipe burst, and we were not notified. The entire hall smelled of feces.

At First I Was Skeptical Of This Resort. But For An Affordable Hotel It Is Quiet Safe, And Wonderful. You Get A Free Waterpark Included In Your Stay. The Breakfast Buffet Was Great. We originally picked this hotel due to the water resort, the affordability and the videos that were on the website. It looked like a really good place for my family to celebrate our 5 year olds birthday. Unfortunately we checked out the next morning early due to the television not functioning, and the cleanliness of the bathroom not being up to par. It was a small room and really did not seem anything like the pictures or videos. We never even got to visit the resort side. The staff did offer to switch our room, but not until the next day. By then, we’ve already made our decision to check out of this hotel.

This water park is so fun for kids and families! Very nostalgic of 1950’s Florida resort. Rooms were dated and linen not great, but room was clean and staff very nice and welcoming! The true gem is how fun both the water park and pools are. The amenities are really good too (laundry, Starbucks, renovated lobby with a convenience store). The one downside of the water park is that there were so few tubes for the big water slides (like only two for the big red slide). But all in all a very nice stay.

The water park is great, staff very accommodating, life guards are professional and vigilant. The hotel building shows its age though, room was musty, could not open windows to ventilate, plumbing was old and leaked in two different spots. Food was good, offered variety.
