Our stay at ETTE was great, and Leandro, who assisted us at checkout, really stood out. He was both friendly and professional, and his thoughtful farewell added a personal touch that made our departure feel special. ETTE itself offers a calm and elegant setting, perfect for relaxing after a busy day at the parks. It’s clear that ETTE values quality service, and Leandro’s attentiveness is a great reflection of that. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Orlando.

This hotel is absolutely fantastic. We stayed for vacation that happened to be during the hurricane. The level of attention to detail and the way the staff treated us was nothing short of 5 star service. Leo was terrific in making sure we had all we needed. Hands down one of the most elite properties in Orlando. It’s close to everything and a tranquil escape at the same time. Attention to detail is impeccable, staff is exceptional, the owners are present and personable. The Zen-like scents throughout the resort and cleanliness is reassuring!! I booked this hotel not knowing a dime about it. We stayed for a night and it was such a beautiful hotel I loved the bed and pillows so comfy and the bathroom was clean, I mean everything was super clean and luxury. Next time I will definitely stay longer and enjoy all the amenities.
