I waited a week to share about our stay. I truly get angry every time I think about it. - After I booked the stay, I Called to get early check in-they told me it had to be the morning of the stay-same with adjoining rooms. So the day is Travel/arrival we arrived at 10:30 am. We stopped in and asked for early check in-we were then told we have to wait to ask until after 12 to request. Also asked for adjoining rooms… they put it on file. So then we decided to just come back after the 4 pm check-in time. We came back close to 5 pm (check in was 4pm) one room was ready, adjacent room was not. We’re told we’d have to wait more or take a different room on another floor…. So that forced us to take non-adjoining rooms. The Mgr and staff never offered to comp us anything financially. (Actually didn’t seem like they cared (even though they had OVER 6 hours to accommodate our request.)
Once we actually got to our rooms, the Bedroom lighting in ceiling fan didn’t work-we removed the globe to discover there was NO light bulbs in fixture. Same with my son’s room (303 & 519)
Other things wrong: A/c in both rooms (suite) is LOUD and kept waking us up
- My son’s room also has loud ac
- The electrical outlets in the headboard were loose and didn’t work… we had to plug in our phones across the room
We truly had a horrible time at this hotel and will NEVER stay on this property again-or any of its partner hotels.
We booked through Expedia-which was totally fine and everything went smoothly.
