It looks nice when you get there but then, the rooms are very outdated, broken shower, water coming out the pipes everywhere. We went out for dinner, came back to no water in the room, had to call and wait sometime for the water to come back.

Whenver i am in Orlando i only stay here. It's close to the convention center, which is why I was there. They also have a small mart store which has great priced items except for the ice cream...that cost a lot of money.

A very nice hotel as expected in Orlando. But even then, it still exceeded our expectations. There are so many dining options nearby and a CVS 2 minute walk away for anything you forgot. Would definitely go bqck, although never again during the Christmas school break. The parks were insane busy.

Got to the room , smells bad , blood spot on the bedding sheet and as soon as I got to the room. I asked I want to leave the property after 5 mins getting in to the room. They insisted to charge me $85 for canceling my reservation and agreed because the place wasn’t clean and front desk weren’t accommodated
