You will be located 7 miles from Magic Kingdom and 4.4 miles from Animal Kingdom and several other theme parks including waterparks

_** House Rules ** _

- PET FEES ARE REQUIRED $200,00 per pet and MAX 2 pets total. Size and weight applies. Please communicate details of pets with host.
- Guest is responsible for any pet’s damage

Check in 4:00 pm unless host approves different time
- Check out 10:00 am

-Guest access-
As soon as you complete your booking, we will send you a code to access the property and the home within 24 hours.


-This home is self catering -
You will be welcomed with some items for your convinience but please refer to local groceries shops for your personal needs.

-Cleaning fee-
100% of what guests pay go directly to our amazing cleaning and maintenance crew. Other then removing trash, we do not ask our guests to perform any additional tasks for a more relaxing experience.

-Trash disposal-
Please observe the Resort trash collection regulations.
- You are allowed to dispose 2 kitchen tall bags every day that should be allocated inside the brown bench in front of the unit for collection.
- For any other trash, like shopping bags or card boxes, Amazon deliveries, you should take to the resort dumpster, located inside the community and free of use to our

-Parties and events are prohibited-
This establishment is for families and friends to enjoy time together.

-The resort has a fantastic clubhouse with a heated pool, jacuzzi to 9pm and gym and a also a playground for children.

-Kitchen is fully stocked with all the utensils you'll need for your stay including pans if you would like to do some magical cooking. We have utensils for baby and toddler, a portable crib and high chair available, all at no cost for the guest.

- Bedroom #1 - Street Level. Includes 2 full size beds with a beautiful princess decor style [Able to sleep up to 4]

- Bedroom #2 (Upper Level)- Includes 1 king bed, night stand, dresser and a private bathroom with bathtub [ Sleeps 2]

-Bedroom #3 (Upper Level)- Includes 1 queen bed, night stand, dresser and a private bathroom with a bathtub [Sleeps 2]

-Bedroom #4 “ Star Wars Galaxy “ (Upper Level)- Twin Bunker bed and 1 trundle bed which pulls out [Able to sleep 3]

-Bedroom #5 “Avatar The way of Water” (Upper Level) - Twin Bunker bed and 1 trundle bed which pulls out [Able to sleep 3]

-Upstairs Living Room -
A sofa which transforms into a queen sized bed [Sleeps 2]

-Outside Patio- Provides a table and 4 chairs for some relaxing moments in the open air.
