- Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay

INCLUDED IN YOUR RESERVATION:
- We maintain the swimming pool and spa at 70 degrees. If you would like us to heat the pool warmer, please let us know 48 hours before your arrival so we can have the pool heated in time. We are happy to offer pool heat at a rate of $45/day or $225/week plus tax. (2 consecutive day minimum.)
- The base temperature of the spa is the same as the pool. Please note that the spa does not hold elevated temperatures like a therapeutic hot tub. Use the wall mounted egg timer to increase heat on spa. Just note that the egg timer only runs in 1-hour cycles, and it may take several cycles to affect heat spa.
- Guests are welcome to use the grill and fire pit free of charge. Any propane left onsite by previous guests is available for your use. Let us know if you would like to purchase full propane tanks before your arrival.
- Kid friendly! Complimentary children’s amenities; Pack N Play, stroller, highchair, and safety gate
- We provide free itinerary guides designed by locals for families or adults. You will be able to download them when you book with us.
- Dogs are allowed and must be authorized by the Host. No Cats or other animals. Pet Cleaning & Sanitation Fee added per pet.

This is a great house to stay with kids. There are three themed rooms, lots of plastic dishwear, etc. and plenty of baby items in the house.

Great property!
This is a great property! We had plenty of room for the kids to do their thing! Pool was great for when we got back from Disney to swim the night away. The kitchen had the items you need to make meals if you chose to. We were also close to the community pool which was great! The character rooms were awesome too, kids loved them. Would definitely stay again!

Great Family Friendly Property
We loved this house. It was very clean and well decorated/organized. Tons of space to spread out. Kids enjoyed the pool daily in December which was awesome. Kids also loved the themed bedrooms. Easy drive to Disney and close to everything you need. Owner was also very attentive.

Great family holiday spot.
A grass house for a family holiday. Ghe upstairs was ideal as our two families were able to split off and have wing each. Entertainment was incredible… air hockey / pool etc… all was great fun. Location was accessible and we were able to get to the arms in 15 mins. Hideaway club offered a good change of scene and gym/ pool were good. Altogether a great holiday home’

Huge House and Great Location!
We had heaps of space and lots of fun things to entertain our family! We all loved the pool, air hockey, and gaming centre. The property manager was incredibly fast responding to any questions we had. We loved how close the house was to the Club House pool and also all of the theme parks.

Multi Generational Vacation in Orlando
Our family had a GREAT time. We were two grandparents, our son and daughter with their spouses, a 20-month old, a 4-year old and a 5-year old. Everything was as stated in their information. Kids loved their bedrooms. We all loved the house and pool. The host would always reply promptly to our questions and comments. Location of the house was close to everything we wanted. Easy walk to the Club house with water park which was a big bonus. We used it anytime we weren't at one of the big parks as a rest day.

This house really is EPIC!
Love this house and the stay. Everyone in my party thought the house was amazing. From the game room to the unique design and decorations. There really was some thought put into the house to ensure guests enjoy a good time. There was something for every age to do from watching movies in the movie loft, playing games in the Gameroom to soaking in the spa. And the water park at Hideaway Club was a short easy walk away. We will have to make this our yearly family trip!
