Sunset Villa is not only just as close to Disney (10 minutes) as all of the popular resorts but boasts a level of privacy and uniqueness that large commercial spaces cannot compete with. For anybody travelling with a large group I have multiple properties in this neighborhood so everyone can have separate homes right across the street!

With a courtyard style pool that can be viewed from any room in the home from the full length “window walls” this home guarantees some fun in the sun. The home not only has a hidden oasis inspired pool but a foosball table and onsite private tennis court located in the community available for all guests free of charge. If tennis isn’t your sport and you prefer an early tee-time multiple popular golf courses are 15 minutes away.Additional cost for pool/spa heat.

There are four bedrooms which all have their own private attached bathrooms. One of the suites has a separate entrance from the main home, we like to call it the “in-law suite” for added privacy.This room is of course included in your rental even though it has a seperate entrance. On top of having a personal suite for all guests the home has a fully equipped kitchen, living, and dining room with all of the comforts of home. All bedrooms have a smart television so guests can stream their late night shows all vacation long.

The home is located in the gated community of Lindfeilds Reserve for an extra level of security so guests can feel as safe as they would in their own home.Feel safe with secure neighborhood and secuirty surveillance on driveway. Located centrally in the vacation town of Kissimmee, Lindfield Reserve is only 4.5 miles from the fun and magic of Disney. Orlando has far more to offer than the hectic parks! Lindfield Reserve is close to the tourist haven of Kissimmee Old Town and Orlando City, both bustling with tourist attractions, shopping and dining. Anybody can rent a hotel room, take a vacation where you all have some space to decompress after the day while still spending time together. We want our guests to feel like they are at their home, but better!
