"Property is well maintained and the staff is professional. The star less is because even though we had a room for 3 the sofa bed had no lines or pillow, we had to call to request that. And the parking lot has a sign letting you know they are not responsible for your vehicle but they charge you $20 dollars daily for the parking.😳"

"This is a sweet, eccentric small hotel. It has a very 30's feel to it; you half expect to see Sidney Greenstreet sitting in a corner. Valet parking made it easy in a busy but excellent location. The bathrooms are tiny with no place to put anything and we never did get facecloths or hand towels, but we loved it nonetheless."

"Hotel is weathered...bed is comfortable and room a good size with all u need at hand. Perfet for our needs...in terms of suitable for short stay situated 2 miles from The Plaza theatre. Free parking and a safe residential neighborhood. "

"The property host was easy to get a hold of and addressed issues quickly. There wasn’t a coffee pot in the cottage when we arrived, so I alerted the host and he provided a new one that evening. When I alerted him that the A/C wasn’t working he did refund for the last two nights. He was apologetic and tried to have it fixed immediately, however he was not able to. Not for lack of effort. The only downsides were, the backyard property and yard surrounding the cottage needed to be cleaned up. Blinds need replacing and some outlets were not working, towel rack in bathroom broken, toilet not secure, floor mat in bathroom needs replacing. Place needs some TLC. Lastly parking is on a first come first serve basis. Guest will need to park out in street if someone is parked in the driveway. This can be somewhat difficult for someone who has difficulty walking any distances. "

"Clean room, pretty views and quiet. Very close to the Kia center. My only complaint was I heard knocking for housekeeping at 6:30am. Did not like that!"

"Hotel was clean but misleading that I thought the rooms had balcony’s but there is no access to the balcony’s because when they renovated the hotel they made them in accessible. The restaurant food and service was not impressive making the higher rate we paid only beneficial for its proximity to the arena ."
