"From the second we got there till we left , the staff were all wonderful. The hotel was spotless, the staff was always cleaning !! The beds were pretty nice. They could use a topper and they would be perfect. We had an oceanfront room and it was perfect ! The stairs were not useable, but they were working on them and got them done the 3rd day we were there, which helped a lot ! Breakfast was really good also ! All in all we had a great stay and we will be back !! Thank you to all the staff !! "

"I really would like a Keurig in my room OR in the community room ...I would bring my own kcups!! The coffee maker in the condo is ancient and makes luke warm coffee...tastes absolutely terrible!!!! This would make out stay alot more enjoyable 😉 we need coffee in the am!!!!"

"Like a lot of hotels in this area, this hotel is a little past its prime. Everything is clean, but run down. If you're expecting an up to date room, this is not the place. Still, it's RIGHT on the beach and the room was spacious with a great view of the ocean."

"We choose this place because it was literally on the beach. The room ws dirty and in need of some repairs. We had no water either until later in the evening. The staff w very nice and when i expressed my disappointment at the condition of the room she told.me there were.new owners and it was being renovated. She also gave me a discount if we wanted to come.back. the view of the ocean and being able to walk from our room to the water was why we stayed. We will come.back after the renovation."

"We all agreed that 23 Riverhouse is the nicest VRBO we’ve ever stayed in. John is a wonderful host, warm and welcoming. The house is lovely, but not stuffy or formal. The kitchen was well-stocked, and there were bicycles and a kayak in the garage (which we were too lazy to use). The setting could not be more beautiful and peaceful. We spent most of our time sitting on the dock, enjoying the views, the wildlife and the perfect weather. We saw bottleneck dolphins! Would love to come back next...
