"Located close to Universal Studios, but had to drop off handicapped guest at hotel since I had to drive awhile for parking, but no charge with room key. The line to check in was long and no way to do it online. The front desk brought extra towels to room."

"I loved everything about this property except for THE NOISE!!!!!! Omg, what were you guys doing!!!?? We couldn’t sleep past 7am because of the loud noises made by the workers repairing I don’t know what. Also, says that breakfast was included, but it’s actually an apple and a juice. "

"I loved this family owned property for it’s location to the theme parks we were visiting and because even though we had neighbors on either side, we never heard them. The rooms were pretty typical for a hotel. They do charge a $30 per night resort fee, which essentially covers breakfast. So even though it’s listed as such breakfast really isn’t free for other members of my family who can eat gluten they enjoyed breakfast just fine, it was a bit tougher for me.
