"The staff was wonderful! It is convenient to all of the attractions in St. Augustine. The hotel was clean and the breakfast was very good. I especially loved the scones and the coffee. My friend really liked the waffles. What we didn't like was the height and comfort of the beds and the heat and air controls. The chairs were uncomfortable and there was no table. "The property was very clean. The room was spacious and had both a refrigerator and microwave which made it very convenient. The front desk staff were very kind and courteous. Rhonda went above and beyond to answer all question's we had, provide excellent customer service and was patient with us. The shower was very nice and TV's were very large. Despite the construction in the lobby, this was one of the best stays and we look forward to coming back! "
