"Comfortable stay and excellent location. Breakfast brunch is good. Staff tries their best to be polite. Bed sheets and towels had stains on them. Bath tub appeared heavily used with a plenty lot of marks. Lot of noise from the street and from the hallway woke me up several times in the night."

"We have stayed at this hotel before, the bedroom floor was not swept and without slippers your feet kept picking up bits, the bedside table was not dusted for the 14 days we stayed, one day our room was not made up until 7.30pm after we requested it be done. Most days we were without hand towels or wash cloths. The dressing gowns were tiny, no one over a size 12UK would not be able to wear it.
