"Check- in was easy and the staff were friendly. The hotel is one of the art deco buildings so it's old. Many areas have been renovated but you can still tell its old. Located one block from ocean dr, you can walk to the beach. With that being said, it's in the heart of south beach so it's loud. The bar downtowns is open to the public and plays music like club hours. I'm not sure if it's everyday or just weekend. Water was hot (rain shower head), no toilet papper holder, and no hand towels....
