This is a beautiful hotel within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and chairlifts in Ortisei. Rooms were well equipped, clean and had beautiful views. Breakfasts and dinners were outstanding. Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.

This is an awesome property with great staff and a fantastic spa/pool area. We really had no issues with the hotel itself and they went out of their way to accommodate us. The only draw back was that it is on the main street and the late nite revelers could be heard, but that is not the hotel's issue.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Ortisei! Friendly, helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. The outdoor area is wonderful for enjoying an afternoon beverage or snack. The hotel also offers an assortment of optional activities, such as hiking with a local guide. We participated in a wine tasting at sister Hotel Angelo. Fabulous! Cable cars/ funiculars to Seceda and Alpe di Siusi are short walks from the hotel. So convenient! We are so glad we chose to stay here.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It's centrally located in the center of town and within walkable distance to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was the best we had at any hotel during our stay in Italy. The staff at the hotel were professional and so very helpful. The room was spacious and had the alpine feel we were looking for. A experience for us!

Walking distance to Seceda and Alpe di Suici. Unfortunately, I had to check out early to catch an early bus/train and no one was in the front desk. I left my keycard in a spot where no one can take it if something happened. I emailed this hotel regarding this, and they were very prompt to responding back. Everything ended up working out!

Great hotel. Room was clean and nice. Pool and spa very nice. Great location. Great breakfast. They should just tell you up front that you should park in city parking garage, which is close and easy, is my only advise.

Everyone is courteous and always greeted you with a smile. Appreciated the hearty breakfast and servicel.The hotel participates in the Val Gardena program which offers a daily variety of activities and experiences which cater to just about anyone’s needs or activity level. We went on three different hikes and enjoyed a regional wine tasting. The leaders of all these activities were outstanding and beyond our expectations. We will definitely visit again.

Stay was great on location & service. Good breakfast buffet. Great parking right behind hotel. Only negatives was warm at night with no air & since we were in room 831 a junior suite, it faced the front of hotel & front street. And it was very noisy at night till like midnight to 1 am which made it hard to sleep since you had to have windows open for air. Also a lot of light at night which shines in to window in bathroom so had to make sure kept door closed at night.

I don’t know how I can begin to tell how impressive and excellent this hotel is. The staff at the front desk are knowledgeable and kind and the dining room staff run at minimum a five star service. Breakfast is excellent and the spa/pool are clean and wonderful with hydro therapy and 3 different types of saunas. We would stay for 3 more weeks if we could! Rooms are large updated with a vintage flare and very very clean. We will be back!
