An amazing stay right on the town square in Ortisei. Beautiful historic property but service and food surpassed expectations - half board is highly recommended and excellent value. Service was top level at both reception and the restaurant (Sisi was our favourite!). Junior suite was large enough for family of 4 and housekeeping was excellent. Spa treatments (at their partner hotel) were also exceptional. The stay surpassed our exceptions and highly recommended.

This is a beautiful hotel within walking distance to shopping, restaurants and chairlifts in Ortisei. Rooms were well equipped, clean and had beautiful views. Breakfasts and dinners were outstanding. Hotel staff were all friendly and helpful. We would definitely return.

This is an awesome property with great staff and a fantastic spa/pool area. We really had no issues with the hotel itself and they went out of their way to accommodate us. The only draw back was that it is on the main street and the late nite revelers could be heard, but that is not the hotel's issue.

I would highly recommend this hotel. It's centrally located in the center of town and within walkable distance to shopping and restaurants. The breakfast was the best we had at any hotel during our stay in Italy. The staff at the hotel were professional and so very helpful. Beautiful hotel in the heart of Ortisei! Friendly, helpful staff. Delicious breakfast. The outdoor area is wonderful for enjoying an afternoon beverage or snack. The hotel also offers an assortment of optional activities, such as hiking with a local guide. We participated in a wine tasting at sister Hotel Angelo. Fabulous! Cable cars/ funiculars to Seceda and Alpe di Siusi are short walks from the hotel. So convenient! We are so glad we chose to stay here.

This hotel is located in a very nice area, close to shopping area, walkable to major lifts. Staff are very friendly and helpful to answer our questions and showed us the best option to get where we wanted to visit. The hotel serves good food too. We will stay here again in our next visit.
