"We arrived late from a very long journey from south east England so we're tired and hungry on our arrival ,Moya and her husband Mark gave us a warm welcome and we're so extremely kind making us a food parcel to make a meal out of to save us venturing out after 8pm when not many shops open or around in the village. "We loved our stay at Holly Cottage, the kitchen is fabulously equipped, and house has a welcoming friendly decor. The kitchen and snug is a fabulous place to gather and where we spent a lot of our time. Parking at the property was easy, and plenty of room for our 2 cars - but with a car park just around the corner it would be easy with more vehicles. Lovely base to explore so many interesting places. Local cafe just acroos the road was great for bread and milk supplies. Nothing not to love...

"We stayed in Buttercup cottage. We were greeted by our host Rachel and made to feel very welcome. The cottage was spotlessly clean with everything we could need. The bedrooms were upstairs, a twin room which looked out over the countryside and also had velux windows for star gazing and the double room with velux windows. Downstairs was very spacious with a comfortable lounge, lovely dining room with a big table to eat round and take in the views, great kitchen with everything you need and so...
