"The Upstairs hotel was a very stylish and fun hotel just steps from the beach. The staff was really friendly and helpful! One small point is if you do book one of the small/cheap rooms, they aren't easily accessible via the lifts. You will need to go down a couple of flights of stairs which can be tough with heavy luggage. Otherwise I highly recommend this hotel when staying in Ostend!"

"Loved this hotel. A fantastic location. However the WiFi in the room was terrible. We had to sit next to our door in order to get good WiFi access. If we sat on the bed or at the table near the window, we basically had no WiFi. Other than that, I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel. "
