"My wife and I needed a place to stay in Lido di Ostia. I researched the internet for B&Bs in the area and came across La Dolce Sosta. Bless their hearts; to me, this particular unit is not a B&B. There was no one to greet us when we arrived and there were no instructions/signage on what to do if no one answered the door. "Property managers were very accessible and communicated in English very well via WhatsApp. Property was super clean and well stocked. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars across the board is limited transportation. Although it is not the owners fault it is something to consider when booking - if you don't rent a car the bus stops are a bit of a walk and uber/taxi were 40-75 Euros to get to Rome city attractions. It is a 20 min walk to nearest grocery store and 10 min to a few restaurants."
