"The house and its view is spectacular, with a great lap pool, comfortable bedrooms and great living areas. The ride up the hill was expectedly very rough, but what we didn’t realize was how far it was from restaurant and beach areas and how bad the roads were to get there. If you are looking for a spot to just go and chill this is near perfect but you would likely stay closer to Samara if you want more activity. "

"We had a great stay with our family! The views are beautiful and the house had everything we needed for our first visit to Costa Rica! It does take a bit to get to town for food/beaches, but once the weather cleared and we got used to the roads we enjoyed our stay! The house managers were quick to respond with any questions and Dani our house concierge was very helpful in setting up tours, groceries, rental car, and transportation to and from the airport! "A Spanish villa nestled 30 min north of Nosara in a gated community ideal for a quiet or peaceful retreat away from the tourists of Nosara especially during high season. Car highly recommended to else a local driver may be referred but cash only and for a hefty price. Views are amazing around here and 10-30 minutes away from a super market or civilization. Will definitely stay again."

"We loved our stay. The pool was very nice and the home was gorgeous. Overall close to the beaches. It was about a 20-30 minute drive to the main touristy town for food and groceries. Although not a deal breaker we were disappointed in the kitchen amenities. Several cooking utensils were broken/ damaged and the knives were beyond dull.
