"The staff at the hotel were lovely. We were out of season so it was very quiet and breakfast was buffet and cold. The room was very overlooked and so we kept the curtains shut the entire time. We picked this place because I thought it was convenient for Pompei, but it was still 30-45 minutes drive away. Dining options in the neighbourhood were scarce (probably as out of season) and opened late. However Bifulco opposite is great for burgers and they even made a vegetarian option for me!"

"This was one of the best stays we have ever had. We couldn't ask for anything more. From the hotel staff , to the multiple dining entities, it was a dream. It was perfect. They always made sure we had water on our bedside table with turndown service, which was a perfect touch after a long night drinking wine in their restaurant. Dont get us started on the pool.... honestly don't think twice about booking here!"

"The staff was very friendly. Food was really good, including the inclusive breakfast buffet. Rooms were clean and the balcony ocean view room was fantastic overlooking Capri. Parking was tight but they were very accommodating and informative. We went in the winter so the pool was closed for the season but the roof top had a nice view."

"Hotel was immaculately clean. Very pleased with the room. Fantastic pool area and the shuttle bus was invaluable. Only booked bed and breakfast and Breakfast was good although most people suggested that the food was average. Sorrento is a wonderful holiday resort with so many nice restaurants. Recommend booking the classic trips to Amalfi coast and Capri from the hotel. Good value and pick ups and drop offs at the hotel."
