The staff was very kind to someone who’d never been to Ottowa. I was in town for a hockey game and they gave amazing advice on transportation to the game that both saved me money AND time. I cannot say enough about the staff at the desk my day of arrival.

The toilet was still dirty when I got there we had to clean our space there was no room service we had to ask for anything when it came to towels or pillows ect we never even had fresh linen or anyone to flip our room it was an awful hotel experience the staff was nice but not nearly worth it especially with a 73 dollar charge for over night parking

I was totally put off at checkin by the gent who was at the front desk when I came in. He was on the phone with someone and didn't even acknowledge me. He proceeded on the phone for about 4 minutes and when he finished the phone rang immediately again and he answers it and served the person who called. Never once did he acknowledge me nor apologize. Someone else came to the desk (employee) while he was on the second call and he just pointed at me to indicate to the other employee to serve me. I was very put off and felt like the customer service in this case was absolutely sub standard. I would love to know what will be done about this, definitely a poor experience and not one that I would ever recommend. Please advise

Incredible place to stay!!! It doesn’t feel like a hotel, it feels like a home. Very luxurious and spacious condos with everything you need and incredible/fast service. We had an issue with our AC and within 5 minutes someone was there trying to fix it. Once it was deemed that it couldn’t be fixed we were switched rooms and a very generous upgrade for the inconvenience. We WILL be staying here again.
