The property is super clean and safe. Our room is facing the garden. We love to eat in the dining and enjoy the snow falling quietly into the garden.

Very convenient if you wish to attend TD Place and surrounding area. Close to Elgin St. The rooms do not come with a TV or a coffee maker. We didn’t care, but others might.

The location was perfect for my needs. I should have read closer that there was no entertainment system of any kind, and also noted that the location is not near any restaurants or corner stores for access to food in the evening. The room more or less clean, the space was well worn, I was annoyed at the price of parking considering rhr remote location, but the staff was friendly

We were surprised to find this hotel inside a university campus - it was a hidden gem! The place is safe and very quiet, and although there are no stores save a vending machine, the groceries are not that far. There was a parking fee but it was reasonable. There are two private rooms and a shared bathroom; the kitchenette with table and chairs is a big help. We will definitely come back when we are staying in Ottawa!
