"The hotel was beautiful and the service was great. But I was a little concerned when I saw the type of construction that was happening in the lot next door. Had I know about the type of construction I probably would not have stayed here. I was very uncomfortable with the depth of the excavation going on right next to the hotel. "

"This a wonderful property, right next to Ottawa Airport. The staff was very help with near by dining options. We used the hot tub. The room was large and comfortable. There was a fan that ran at night( wished I could shut it off. The morning breakfast was good a lot of options. "

"This hotel was perfect for our purposes. We enjoyed a lovely dinner in the Byward Market which was a very pleasant walk and distance. We were able to detour past the front of the parliament buildings on the way back. The only minor issue that I had was that the shower was not very warm when I used it at about 6am. (I had to be somewhere early that morning). My husband used the shower after 7:30am and it was fine. (Perhaps pipes close to outside wall? Ottawa is cold that early in the morning..). Thank you for a lovely stay. It will be our go-to hotel for any further trips to Ottawa. Your staff are lovely btw. Many thanks for their kindness."
