"Cars outside began honking incessantly at 5 AM. I’m not sure how anyone could have slept through that. I wouldn’t stay here again based on the noise level. However, the staff was incredibly kind when checking in. "

"I had to wait exactly one hour for the shuttle in the evening. In the morning, the housekeeper knocked on the door at 8 a.m. and woke me up. There was a very strong wind, and the windows did not provide proper insulation at all. The room was extremely windy inside — it honestly felt like Chicago. The windows could definitely be better insulated if attention was given, but it seems no one is addressing this. Additionally, there was noise coming from the highway. The breakfast was decent. "

"If you are thinking of staying in Williamsburg, then you won’t go wrong here. Comfiest bed in Brooklyn. Terrific views of Manhattan if you get a room facing that direction. Clean room, friendly and helpful staff. Great location. Only downside is its a longer walk to a station but it’s an easy one and great food options. "
