"Overall a very good facility. The beach views in the higher priced rooms are very poor only a small view across a lot of buildings blocking the view. Breakfast is very limited with a small menu for those who bought breakfast tickets. Bring your own soap and toilet tissue. The staff was great and valet parking was very easy and quick. Oh, the $25 discount on parking is only for one day not your full stay. I would probably find an upgraded hotel on my next trip. "

"Overall, the property is very nice and we really enjoyed our stay. The property is beautifully manicured and literally on the beach. The easy access to snorkeling at the black cliffs is great as well as quick walking distance to the Whaler shopping area. A couple of things are lacking including diverse food options (Maui brewing is great however), there are no bbqs on site and there is no hot tub. "We stayed in a Kai King room in Jan. 2025 and were very impressed with the quality, decor and amenities provided in the new Kai Tower! The room was very spacious with lovely modern decor! We enjoyed the hot tubs and infinity pool. Junior our pool side bartender was exceptional. The location of this hotel in Kihei is excellent and just across from the beach. There was a complimentary laundry room on our floor to do self serve laundry (pods were free)! Our only complaint was the inability of the...

"Check in process was easy as you can do it online before you arrive. Front desk staff was very friendly and nice. Room was nice and clean, cold AC, and a cozy small balcony for 2 people. In walking distance of plenty of food places, nightlife, and beach. I felt safe walking around at night by myself. "
