"This was a last min choice to come out to South lake. As a single mom i wanted to make this Christmas memorable for the kids as it was just us. They were excellent. I had asked if they can get a small Christmas tree to put in our room so it felt like Christmas when my kids walked in. "Great space for large groups. The guest bedrooms are small and a little crowded but the master bedrooms are very spacious. The living area/kitchen are very spacious and served as a great space for gathering. However, the kitchen is not fully equipped; basic kitchen equipment/tools such as a toaster and can opener, for example, were not available so a heads up to pack your own if you think you might need these. "The home and property were stunning! Perfect for our party of 10 (five couples, each got their own room). Large kitchen and living space was perfect. Large garage and long driveway comfortably fit our five vehicles. Communication with BranchVR was easy, they always responded very quickly. WiFi went down during our stay, we simply called the number provided and our problem was resolved in 10 mins. House had basic necessities provided. Would stay here again in the future! "

"A gorgeous house that accommodated 8 adults, located close to the water and fairly close to the beaches. Very convenient to have 3 bathrooms. We absolutely loved that the kitchen was fully stocked and had lots of dishes to use, as we cooked for most of our meals. The pool was very relaxing after a day of exploring the island. Host was very responsive and communicated well. Would highly recommend! "

"Location is great, free parking, rooms and kitchen are comfortable and clean. The only downfall during our stay was that we did not notice right away that there’s a leak on the ceiling in the living room, not until the heavy rain. It was manageable, though.
