"This property has been renovated and was very well presented, neat & clean with good quality amenities and we were very impressed with the quality of the bed and the pillows! The bed and pillows were some of the best we have ever had in all of our travels and the shower had good power and was superbly roomy! (My husband and kids are all over 6foot a d they had no trouble enjoying a lovely hot shower after a 6.5hrs drive! Will definitely be staying here again!"

"A fantastic place to stay. Country setting but 5 minutes from the centre of Armidale. View from rooms of leafy trees and fields is very relaxing. The property is heritage listed and has a very interesting history. Theowners were excellent hosts and nothing was too much trouble. The room was spotless with a great shower with great water pressure. It will be our only choice of accommodation when we next visit Armidale."
