Friendly, helpful staff. The lower floors have patio access, which was quiet, shaded and very pleasant. Excellent breakfast buffet the morning after. The only real downside was the low hotwater pressure.

At the moment Paddy's Markets are undergoing a re-vamp, so half the stalls are gone and there is a lot of building noise.
