"We had a lovely stay especially the room (no.10) we were given overlooking the harbour. The food was good value especially the fish and chips. The service was excellent from when we arrived and especially sending on free of charge the iPad we left in the room. Highly recommend for it location, service and value "

"The staff could not do enough for us, they were friendly and very helpful. Our room was very nice and very clean plenty of towels, coffee etc options in the room (loads in fact!) . Two good sized car parks so no worries on that front. The building is a proper pub which is lovely when so many or closing down or being modernised. Overall if anyone is looking for a traditional friendly B&B in a pub I would totally recommend The Farmers Arms"

"We had a fabulous week staying in this gorgeous home. The property has been beautifully designed with all modern conveniences provided . The beds were really comfortable with luxury bed linen . We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen and sitting out in the garden. Our stay was quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very easy to Communicate with and the check in process was simple. There were some lovely touches like fresh flowers in vases and a welcome pack of cookies and drinks . We would definitely recommend this property ."

"We spent 10 days in this delightful and well equipped cottage. We were only two people so plenty of room, but it would have been comfortable for a small family. The kitchen had all we needed, the deck out the back was a great little sun trap, and the cottage is a two minute walk to Harlyn Bay. There is a bus to NewQuay and Padstow right on the doorstep. We loved this cottage and would definitely stay again."

"Just the sweetest little cottage that is in the best location for all Padstow has to offer. The parking space directly outside the property is a massive bonus. The cottage is very comfortable and is extremely well equipped - we had everything we needed. Four of us stayed and there was plently of room. Jules who owns the cottage was very helpful answering all my questions regarding the cottage, local area and restaurants etc. We would absolutely stay again and recommend it to anyone."
