Elmwood Cottage provides a fantastic holiday base for a family or friends alike. The recently renovated cottage has oodles of character yet elegantly finished. The property provides spacious accomodation with the added extras of a woodburner, hot tub, parking and large enclosed garden. Positioned in a great spot adjacent a country road going towards the surfing beach of Constantine Bay and the infamous North Cornish coast footpath is only a short journey away and fabulous restaurants, local pubs, shops and bakery the other way in St Merryn making this a great spot for all ages.

Beds: 2 x Kingsize (5’), 1 x Double (4'6") 1 x twin (3’).
Bed linen and towels:  Bed linen and towels provided for free at the property.
Accessibility: Accommodation over 2 floors, ground floor bedroom, living area, kitchen  and shower room.
Kitchen and utilities: Built in electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, tumble dryer, USB Charging Ports in the kitchen, Hot Tub, Woodburner, Bluetooth speaker.
Facilities for families: Cot available on request (but no cot linen), please let us know at the time of booking.
