"Over all the stay was good and the Bristol House is in a fantastic location within Paignton with everything in walking distance. I have no real bad feed back about the stay, however maybe the house could do with a bit of a lick of paint in the room and freshen it up, I think it would have such a greater impact on customers staying there if it was spruced up a little bit. Overall the room was clean which is always good. Breakfast was fantastic and very tasty. "

"What to say really, nice and welcoming, rooms are nice and presentable, good to have thing planned as they do go into the rooms to clean and so on, little mini fridges in rooms with chilled water and a small milk, kettle with tea and coffee and so on. Nice throwback to the days of B&B, Breakfast is more filling than you think, dining room is also the bar, not that we used it but looked quaint enough. "My wife and I were very impressed with Berney and Clive from start to finish. They are excellent hosts.
