Atta Lakeside Resort Suite

5.0 star property
9.2 out of 10, Wonderful, (338)
"Hotel is clean and big. It is a good place to stay if you are looking for a quite, serene and large living space. This is my second time staying at this property. As one of the guests could not make it for the trjp as she was not fit for flying and had to be hospitalised, the hotel refused to make exceptions for amendments to the booking for the emergency situation. It doesn't hurt to show some empathy."

Phuwanalee Resort

3.5 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very good, (49)
"Whilst the property was ok there were a few issues. We werent informed that the villa we booked was 3 separate bedrooms with 3 separate entrances (not connected inside). Given we have 2 young children, this made things difficult. A conference party on the first night was also very loud until 11.15pm, which isnt too late, but it would have been nice to be informed after booking (the noise disturbed our kids). The bar didnt open until 6.30pm so it was difficult to have a drink by the pool before...

The Peri Hotel Khao Yai

3.5 star property
8.4 out of 10, Very good, (95)
"The resort overall is nice, however in-room facilities in my room type (1-bedroom pool villa) need some improvement. The mattress quality is quite poor so we have informed the staff to put in a topper which help solve the issue. Still, at the rate we paid, we expect this basic needs to be resolved for all future guests. Also, there's no dressing table in room which should be available for this room type."

Botanica Khao Yai

4.5 star property
8.0 out of 10, Very good, (242)
"To be honest, the best thing at this resort is probably the hotel staff. The general condition of the hotel/resort is very poor, very run down. Rust is present everywhere. Abundant falling leaves on the property grounds. Tiles in and around the pools are peeling off. These indicate lack of proper care and maintenance. The room is very basic (we stayed in a studio and two suites). One room had leaking toilet. Room safe didn’t work. Moldy spots in bathroom. Toilet seats were not very...
