"Great house for our quick stay in Napier. Very clean and tidy. A bit noisy on Friday and Saturday nights - with the rooms right on the roadside, which we aren’t used to, but the house was great for our stay."

"Such an amazing little cottage with everything you need. The sound of the waves crashing was so good. So much to admire inside the house. Modern bathroom and kitchen, comfortable bed with nice linen. A great courtyard and a fire pit. Off street parking. Supermarket, coffee, bar and fish and chips across the road. Highly recommended."

"Location was fabulous, easy walk to town. Perfect for two couples as we each had a bathroom and plenty of different spaces to relax. Loved the outdoor area and BBQ, beautiful garden. Great to have off street parking. Listing did say pool and gym which it didn't have but we didn't mind. Super responsive host, quickest I've experienced. Loved the ceilings and cute art deco touches. Fresh flowers inside were a nice touch too. Thank you for a great stay."
