"The apartment itself is beautiful with plenty of space for our family of 7. We were very disappointed with the lack of thought in the details. For example, there was NO hand soap, no dish soap, no sponge, and not even a garbage bag for trash. We were incredibly upset that after our 7 hour drive we had to go to the store for very basic amenities. And it wasn't as if the apartment was cheap. Rather we had payed quite a bit for the space so it would have been nice to have some basics upon arrival....

"Excellent swimming pool, lots of space in accommodation inside and outside. kitchen good for self catering etc. easy to get to pisa, lucca, sienna etc. about half hour to railway station on pisa to florence line. you need a car. would recommend, hosts were lovely and really hepful."
