"We arrived in Palermo at night. Being unsure of where we needed to go, we followed our map app until we found the site. We were confused, tired, and I'm sorry to say a bit grumpy. We didn't understand (or remember) this hotel was inside a structure built in the 1300's. I apologized for my rudeness upon first arriving (and after a good night's sleep). This hotel was very good. I recommend it to travelers providing they understand it isn't a Hilton; it's a historical building in a city...
