"Great Hotel, amazing experience. "

"The property is beautiful, the cabins very well equipped for guest comfort, with fantastic views of the Andes Mountains and the river. The property managers, Maritza and Daniel, were always attentive to our needs; they were two excellent people. The only regrettable thing was that on the second day, there was a light snowstorm that caused a 24-hour power outage, so we had to find hotel accommodations, as the cabins don't have generator backup. This prevented us from enjoying the comforts of the cabins to the fullest, as we had planned."

"I’ve stayed here several times and I was most impressed this last time. Winter is still a great time to stay here. The spa is great with indoor pool and sauna. Very tasteful upgrades done to the entire hotel and the breakfast buffet was superb. Being able to walk to the nearby shops and restaurant is why I come back. "The host is the most wonderful person. Her kindness alone is the reason to choose this place. I had some significant flight delays and she accommodated me without hesitation (differently from expedia itself which proved to be unhelpful). When she saw the amount of luggage i had, she even gave me a bigger room. She prepared an early breakfast for me to accommodate my schedule. She is really a fantastic host. The place itslef is very comfortable, very clean, and very convenient. When in Pucon, it is definitely the place to go to!"
