"We showed up at this location and there were people living at the house and we had nowhere to stay for the night. Still have not received a refund of our payment that was more than a thousand dollars 😭 We reached out to customer support and they promised to call us back within 30 minutes and they never did and we ended up staying in a cheap motel because there wasn't anything available at 11:00 at night. This experience will probably turn me away from VRBO for a long time."

We suggest including detailed instructions about how to lock and unlock the door, as inputting the key code is only one step. Standing in the hot sun for 15 minutes trying to figure it out was no fun. We sent a message to the property manager when we were trying to figure out how to lock the door, and never heard back."
