"We had a lovely stay. The room was spacious with good aircon and spotlessly clean. Great black out blinds so had a lovely sleep. We loved the wet bar and forest thermal baths. Even in the rain it was a fantastic experience. The massage we had was fantastic and the spa room had the windows open so you could hear the sounds of the forest. All staff were delightful from check in to check out. We would return. "

Without question, this was by far the best trip of our lives. Service: The staff was incredible - warm, welcoming and genuinely caring. From the front desk to housekeeping to the restaurant team, everyone went above and beyond to make us feel valued and taken care of. It’s rare to see such attention to detail and passion for hospitality. Room & Amenities: We were in awe with everything—spacious room, private plunge pool, view of volcano, outdoor shower, and even free laundry service. Food & Dining: Every meal was impeccable. Fresh ingredients, world-class flavors and creative presentation. Our favorite restaurant was the Mediterranean. The best hummus and pita EVER! Do not hesitate to book this resort! We are already looking to return in 2026. "

"We reserved for the view which was everything we thought it would be and more. We found that above all, the staff was the best! We felt at home. We have someone who cant walk far or manged the holls and they carted us to and from the other areas of the hotel! They arranged activites and gave us the Pura Vita vibe!"
