Iluka is also a lovely friendly beachside town with a great dog beach and the house has really easy access to the river beaches as well (which our dogs loved even more than the beach!)."

"Great location in between town and pippies beach. The unit is very basic but functional. Had a top loader washing machine, no dishwasher, only one air conditioner at the front of the property so the bedrooms were hot! Shower is in the laundry which is fine. Main issue was the toilet smelt like a rank men’s public toilet despite every effort to clean it. Had to keep the door shut at all times. Needs to be fixed!"

Although it was comfortable there was still a number of issues that were relayed to the estate agent. eg Scalding hot water, failure of air conditioning, leaking washing machine, and kitchen mixer tap broke off in my hand. The estate agent was right on to everything. It was walking distance of Yamba Fair shopping centre."

"House is lovely but a little tired in some areas and outside needs some tlc. Gardens are a mess. Vacuum cleaner doesnt suck and straw broom has seen better days and we couldnt sweep with it. Disappointed there was no doona covers on the beds. Neighbour over back fence is a winger as she said my dog howled when we left, however we left and stopped up the road and listened numerous times and there was no howling.
